ICOEM BOX ATS 43-15

New range for single phase Generating Sets control, power up to 15kW with automatic network remote control.
Automatic intervention panel unit for generator set control with engine start and automatic mains remote control functions.
ICOEM BOX ATS 43-15, complete with microcontroller, remote control devices, connection and wiring control operators, is assembled in a special box in watertight execution and composed as described below:

ICOEM BOX ATS 43-15:
ABS resin container with front cover in transparent polycarbonate with thermal resistance up to 650 °C; impact resistance Ik08; protection degree ≥ IP55.

ICOEM BOX ATS 43-15 EQUIPMENT:
Switches/fuses for protection of control and command circuits, and unipolar;
Control and command unit, programmable type 12 I/O PNP/NPN expandable, with CPU with 10ms/cycle clock,
EEPROM Flash 32kbyte; Ethernet port; RS232/485 port;
Electrically and mechanically interlocked contactors for network/group remote switching
Maintenance battery charger 12V 2 A;
Automatic/Manual Control Selector;
Status light indicators for indication of operation mode/fault, with voltage presence signals
mains power supply; motor started, operating anomaly.
DIN 35 rail type power circuit interconnection terminal block, 6mmq section, with screw clamping;
5-pole quick coupler connector for interconnecting the control signals of the generator set,
through optional pre-connected cable;
Circuitry, complete with: wiring accessories; PVC insulated copper cables at 450/750 V; connectors; screws; and anything else necessary to ensure the correct operation of ICOEM BOX ATS 43-15 and compliance with the rules of the art.

FUNCTIONS of ICOEM BOX ATS 43-15:
The ICOEM BOX connected to the genset performs the following functions:
Surveillance of the public network, in case of lack of which, the unit starts the genset;
Load switching, when the genset is started, the device switches the load under the genset.
Restore operation under the public mains, when the mains voltage returns, the device switches the load under the public mains and then stops the genset.
When the genset is switched off automatically, ICOEM panel ATS 43-15 maintains the battery charge.
