MARELLIMOTORI MXB-E 250SB4 ALTERNATOR 200KVA THREEPHASE
MARELLIMOTORI MXB-E 250SB4 is a Alternator with a power of 200KVA 160KW, this unit has a self-exciting and self-regulating Brushless operation.
The MXB-E 250SB4 is designed to operate at frequency 50 or 60 HZ, the possibility to work on these two frequencies makes it possible to apply it for any service voltage increasing its versatility, for correct operation. For correct operation it is only necessary to check that the settings are correct for the intended use.
MarelliMotori is supplied with 12 terminals (7 terminals), with which it is normally possible to connect both series and parallel star alternator. According to the needs, it is possible to switch from one connection to another, bearing in mind that the connection of the AVR must necessarily be checked.
MXB-E 250SB4 three-phase can be used as single-phase as required. MarelliMotori MXB-E 250SB4 is equipped with AVR type M00FA122A - MARK VX, suitable for synchronous generators of MARELLIMOTORI construction. The regulator is suitable for operation both on three-phase generators and on single-phase generators, allowing a fast, precise and reliable set-up.
The M00FA122A is an electronic board designed by MarelliMotori, it is protected by a polyurethane resin that protects the device from humidity, dust, aggressive environments. In addition, the AVR is equipped with an internal fuse protection system (5 A, 500 V), which in case of failures or overloads, intervenes and protects the unit in order to make the system safer to place. The M00FA122A serves to make the current stable so as not to ruin the equipment that connects us, especially electronic equipment such as computers or smartphones.
The purpose of voltage regulator, in a current generator, is to maintain stable output voltage. When resistive loads are supplied, the delayed phase shift current counteracts the inductor magnetic field, causing a voltage drop at the alternator output terminals. To compensate for this phenomenon, the AVR automatically intervenes by increasing the excitation current until the output voltage returns to the nominal value.
The AVR designed by MarelliMotori is internally equipped with a radio noise filter, which allows to contain radio noise emitted by MarelliMotori generators within the limits set by the European regulations for industrial environments
Each engine has a type of connection to be connected to the alternator so you must pay attention to this aspect; a model can also have 15 to 20 different forms of construction!
