MECC ALTE ECP32 2S/4 C-TYPE THREE-PHASE ALTERNATOR 45 KVA AVR
The ECP-C series alternators are self-regulating, brushless 2 or 4-pole. They are equipped with a rotating inductor equipped with a damping cage and a fixed inductor with inclined slots. The windings are shortened pitch to reduce the harmonic content. The electromagnetic compatibility tests have been carried out in compliance with the conditions prescribed by the standards, with the neutral connected to earth. Executions according to other specifications can be carried out at the customer's request. The mechanical structure, always very sturdy, allows easy access to the connections and allows the testing of the different components to be carried out just as easily. The casing is made of steel, the shields are made of aluminium/gisa, the shaft is made of C45 steel with a splined fan. The degree of protection is IP23 (a higher degree of protection is available on request). The insulation is made in class H. The impregnations are made with polyester resins for the rotating parts and with vacuum treatments for the parts of higher tension, for example the stators. Special treatments can also be carried out on request. The ECP32 range has many standard features.
Self-adjustment is achieved by means of an electronic digital regulator powered by an auxiliary winding. We guarantee an almost constant supply from the generator - under any operating conditions.
A rotating inductor is equipped with a cage.
