The battery charge Victron Energy Skylla-TG is an advanced 24V battery charging system with an output of 50A in a three-phase configuration.
Equipped with many innovative features, the Victron Energy Skylla-TG is designed to offer optimal performance and flexibility in various applications. One of the main features of the Victron Energy Skylla-TG is its ability to deliver a maximum rated output of 50A and a limited output of 4A.

The charging voltage can be precisely adjusted to suit the specific needs of the battery system. The input for the charger is 230V at 50/60Hz, while an external sensor can detect the battery temperature and adjust the charging voltage appropriately to compensate for thermal variations.
Victron Energy Skylla-TG are extremely versatile and suitable for any type of battery, whether open or sealed. HF technology allows for a compact and lightweight design. Charging is regulated through three stages, controlled by a microprocessor, to ensure fast and safe charging. The smart start function prevents the start of a charging cycle on already charged batteries, thus increasing battery life.
An innovative aspect of the Victron Energy Skylla-TG is the ability to use it as a power source due to its stabilized output voltage. This eliminates the need to use batteries or capacitor banks for power.
There are two isolated outputs in the 24V models, allowing two separate batteries to be charged. The second output is limited to 4A and has a slightly lower voltage than the first, making it ideal for trickle charging of auxiliary or starter batteries.
To further improve charging quality, Victron Energy Skylla-TG are equipped with a temperature sensor that adjusts the charging voltage according to the battery temperature. In addition, a voltage sensing device on the battery helps compensate for voltage losses caused by cable resistance.
