IRONSYSTEM MCT - 500/4 BRIDGE/COLUMN crane

IRONSYSTEM MCT - 500/4 is a shelf/column crane consisting of a 270° manually rotating jib with a maximum capacity of 500 kg.

The cranes IRONSYSTEM MCT - 500/4 are an economic, simple and practical solution, generally used to serve single workstations. In order to simplify the work between the different processing phases, it is also possible to use an overhead crane to connect the workstations and easily move the semi-finished or finished products.

The peculiarity of these plants is that they can adapt to cramped work areas and limited spaces where other plants could not be placed. In addition, by providing multiple configurations, they can also be installed in facilities with low ceilings, special obstacles or specific needs.

These cranes are mainly composed of a boom rotating on a pivot fixed to a steel column or, by means of special brackets, to a concrete pillar or a beam on the production site.

IRONSYSTEM MCT - 500/4 are made up of an arm in HEA or HEB beam pulled by manual rotation 180° equipped with ball bearings for rotation that allow it to rotate without tearing. The brackets are made of bent sheet metal to be anchored to the existing column by means of counter-brackets and tie-rods.

In addition the IRONSYSTEM MCT - 500/4 is equipped with adjustable disk brake with ferode, flat hoist power cable, "mushrooms" cable holder in plastic material, on-off switch on the column.

IRONSYSTEM MCT - 500/4 respects the standard of painting is powder type RAL1004, but can also be supplied hot galvanized or treated with specific cycles for outdoor or marine environment, even highly aggressive.
