MOSA MAGIC WELD200 is a compact, lightweight and professional motorwelding machine capable of delivering up to 200 A with a duty cycle of 60%, It is powered by a Honda petrol engine and uses an innovative permanent magnet alternator able to deliver a power of about 5 KW.
The presence of an economizer realizes the concept of ''power delivery on demand'', allowing both a fuel saving and a reduction of engine wear. The motorwelding machine MOSA MAGIC WELD200 is able to weld any type of electrode (basic, rutile, cellulosic) up to 4 mm and takes full advantage of the engine thanks to a technique developed by MOSA, called ''Power Optimizer''.
In addition, an auxiliary of 2.8 KW / 50 Hz is available, suitable for the supply of small tools or lamps. Another professional feature of the MOSA MAGIC WELD200 is the presence of the predisposition for the connection of a remote control (optional), which allows remote adjustment up to 20 m from the machine.
Some motorwelding machines incorporate the ''Power Optimizer'' function, designed and patented by MOSA.
This is a specific control technique designed to avoid motor overload.
With the PO it is possible to ensure stable and optimal operation in all welding conditions, making full use of the motor power.
