MOSA TELECOMMUTATION FRAMEWORK PAC I - 42
The PAC is a switchboard capable of supplying power to a plant from two separate and autonomous sources of energy, which are normally: the Mains and the Generator Set.
When the main grid fails, the control board on the PAC provides a consent to start the generator; when the generator is at steady state, the voltage and frequency are stable within set parameters, automatically the board commands the switching to be closed on the generator side.
When the grid voltage returns, automatically the switching is closed again on the grid and the generator is stopped.
The PAC-I specifically is equipped with the TE809ATS control unit and equipped with a display provides the user with an interface both for displaying any alarms but also the ability to monitor the status of the motor or the grid.
