The CUMMINS ONAN MDKDV marine generator is built with a Cummins 4-stroke diesel powered engine. The alternator of the CUMMINS ONAN MDKDV is 4-pole with insulation class H and AVR voltage regulator.

The AVR is an electronic device that regulates the alternating current coming from the alternator and transforms it into direct current.
