The Victron Phoenix Smart 24/5000 is a pure sine wave inverter that ensures the operation of electrical devices up to 10000W powered by a 24V battery.
The Victron Phoenix Smart 24/5000 inverter with pure sine wave output of 10000W offers reliable performance and a range of advanced functions. Equipped with a VE.Direct communication port, it can be connected to a computer via a VE.Direct to USB interface cable to configure and monitor various parameters. Its reliability is ensured by the proven full bridge plus toroidal transformer topology, which has demonstrated its durability over the years. The Victron Phoenix Smart 24/5000 is protected against short circuits and overheating, both due to overloads and high ambient temperatures.
A notable feature is its ability to deliver high startup power, necessary to start loads such as power converters for LED lamps, halogen lamps, or electric tools. The ECO mode enables efficient operation, as the Victron Phoenix Smart 24/5000 will switch to standby when the load drops below a preset value. In standby mode, the inverter will re-activate for a short period every 2.5 seconds (adjustable). If the load exceeds the preset level, the Victron Phoenix Smart 24/5000 will remain on.
The Victron Phoenix Smart 24/5000 inverter also offers the capability for remote on/off via a switch or relay contact connected to a two-pole connector. Alternatively, the H terminal (left) of the two-pole connector can be connected to the positive battery, or the L terminal (right) of the two-pole connector can be connected to the negative battery (or the chassis of a vehicle, for example).
LED diagnosis provides additional information about the inverter's status, while to transfer the load to another AC source, the Filax Automatic Transfer Switch can be used, recommended for low-power inverters. The Filax ensures a very short switching time (less than 20 milliseconds), preserving computers and electronic equipment from unwanted interruptions during the transition from one source to another.
