The world's superior and most powerful LED work light for very fast and highly efficient UV curing of larger paint repair areas up to 135 x 130 cm, equivalent to the size of a car door.

The UV-EXTREME work lamp is packaged in a high-quality, robust case that can withstand shocks and rough handling during shipment. The case has a built-in handle. When the lights are not in use, the carrying case can be used to store the lamp. 

Smart and simple operation with intuitive APP

The integrated BLUETOOTH functionality makes it safe and easy to operate the lamp remotely, even in groups of up to 4 units at the same time. Using the APP provides safe remote activation to avoid being physically close to the UV curing process.

Cold curing technology

Automotive coating technology is continually developing new, fast and cost-effective methods for repairing car bodies and paintwork. The use of UV LED curing technology enables faster and more efficient work as the curing time between each operation is significantly reduced. The LED UV curing range is applicable for the curing of UV-cured car body primers and fillers.

No heat is produced on the panel or paint during curing.

It enables the curing of plastic parts or any heat-sensitive material.

Sanding and polishing can be carried out immediately after completion of curing.

Flexible positioning on the easel

The SCANGRIP WHEEL STAND will be the perfect stand for the extremely powerful curing light. You can mount the work light on top of the stand and position the light at the required height (1260-2300 mm). Mounted in the bracket you will also be able to adjust the angle to achieve an optimal curing effect on the curing subject.  

The BRACKET ON WHEEL is a very stable and durable structure that is easy to move from one job to another. The 5-wheel base guarantees high stability and easy manoeuvrability.

please note that this additional MOUNTING BRACKET is required as an accessory to attach UV-EXTREME or UV-EXTREME PLUS to the underside of the WHEEL BLOCK
