MASE IS 7 SINGLE PHASE MARINE GENERATOR 6.7KW

MASE IS7 single-phase marine generator with Yanmar 3TNV76 engine with diesel power supply at 1500 rpm capable of delivering a power of 6.7KW.

The MASE IS7 marine generator is made up of a soundproof cabin with a supporting structure in aluminium profile which supports panels in marine painted aluminium type 5754 extremely light and of very high resistance to external agents. The excellent accessibility to the internal compartment makes maintenance operations easier even with the generator set installed in narrow spaces.

The MASE IS7 thanks to the low engine speed and the soundproof cabin has a surprisingly low noise emission of only 49 dB (A) at 7 meters.

The marine generator CBU control module has a new design, the latest technology, a large display and micro-buttons for quick navigation of menus, start and stop procedures; IP54 protection rating. Very compact, 86x124mm and equipped with 10mts shielded cable, the CBU module has multiple functions for complete monitoring of the MASE IS7. 

The W/A Intercooler allows the MASE IS7 to be completely free from external environmental conditions, allowing the alternator and the engine to work at an ideal temperature, optimizing the performance and reliability of the machine

The engine is cooled by circulating coolant in a closed circuit. The system is composed of a cupronickel exchanger, inside which the heat exchange between coolant and sea water takes place. Two separate pumps circulate the coolant and seawater. The cooling of the air, circulating inside the MASE IS7t, is obtained through a sea water/air heat exchanger. The air flows guarantee an effective cooling of the alternator and the achievement of an optimal temperature for the performance and reliability of the machine. This system has the advantage of ensuring the best operating conditions of the generator set regardless of the ambient temperature of the accommodation compartment.
