MASE MARINER550 SINGLE PHASE MARINE GENERATOR 5.5KW

Generator marine MASE MARINER550 single phase is equipped with a KUBOTA Z482 diesel engine capable of delivering a maximum power of 5.5 KW at 3000 rpm.

The generator MASE MARINER550 is built with and synchronous alternator, self-excited with air cooling, it is extremely compact and powerful, suitable even on small boats.

The engine allows an easy access for the maintenance of the feeding and lubrication systems, of the sea water pump, of the air filter, of the oil filter and fuel. besides it is equipped with safety systems of auto stop for low oil pressure and for high temperature engine or exhaust gas.

The alternator of the generator is synchronous with 2 poles, self-regulated, self-excited, without brushes, which in coupling with the powerful KUBOTA engine can deliver a maximum power of 5.5 kW. The rotor and the stator are coated with epoxy paint to prevent the attack of atmospheric agents, in addition it is equipped with safety systems of auto stop in case of high temperatures detected on the windings. 

The cooling of the engine of the generator MASE MARINER550 happens through circulating coolant in closed circuit. The system is composed of a cupronickel exchanger, inside of which the heat exchange between coolant and sea water takes place. Two separate pumps provide for the circulation of the coolant and seawater in the generator MASE MARINER550.
