Generator Supersilent Single phase-Three-phase 28Kva Avr Stage3
The generator three-phase is equipped with a Kohler diesel-powered engine capable of delivering a power of 28KVA with AVR voltage regulator.
The generator is equipped with an oversized Kohler engine capable of delivering a continuous power of 25KVA and a maximum power of 28,0KVA. Thanks to the 50l tank the Infinity generator has an autonomy of up to 11 hours of work.
The generator silenced has been realized with a high performance frame to minimize the sound pressure. The frame is made with steel plates made according to UNI S235JR standards, complete with rubber anti-vibration supports. In order to improve the handling before use, at the base of the generator there are bilateral steel pockets for forklift trucks, which allows lifting from all sides, and on the top of the generator there is a hook for central lifting.
The 28KVA generator is complete with 4 doors that allow easy access for ordinary or extraordinary maintenance. In order to make this generator as quiet as possible, 100% recyclable, fireproof, self-extinguishing, fireproof, washable, class 1 reaction to fire, mechanically fixed to the frame.
The control panel of the generator is made of metal with a rear cover to protect against the weather and is provided with a dedicated area to facilitate the electrical connection to the load.
All units and components are factory tested, built in prototype, and
header production. A specific control procedure during the various phases
production guarantees long life and reliability.
AVR Voltage Regulator Stage3
The AVR is essential to make the generator work at its best, in fact it all needs an electronic control system, an AVR in fact, which ensures the proper functioning of the machine and the electrical network behind it.
The purpose of the AVR, in a current generator, is to keep the output stable. And if its operation is very simple when resistive loads are fed, more complex is the matter in case of mainly inductive loads: the delayed phase shift current counteracts the inductor magnetic field, causing a voltage drop at the alternator terminals; to compensate for this phenomenon, the AVR intervenes automatically by increasing the excitation current, until the returns to the nominal value. If the load is capacitive, the current acts as a magnetizer for the inductor causing an increase in voltage exit, and the AVR intervenes by reducing the excitation current.
