SCHENKER MODULAR 100 BASIC WATERMAKER 100LT/H
SCHENKER MODULAR 100 BASIC is a watermaker equipped with three membranes of 2.5'' x 21'' thanks to which it is able to deliver 100 l/h of osmosis water.
Compactness and wide range of capacities allow to satisfy all needs. The indicated flow rates are nominal and therefore may vary by ±20% depending on the actual operating conditions.
Electrical consumption is up to 80% lower than traditional systems. For example, to produce 100 liters/hour of fresh water only 400 W are needed. The normal recharge of the engine is therefore largely sufficient to replenish the energy consumed, without the need for a generator.
Thanks to the very low power consumption watermaker can be powered directly from batteries. It is possible to install the SCHENKER MODULAR 100 BASIC even without a generator set.
The use of the SCHENKER MODULAR 100 BASIC watermaker is extremely simple, as no adjustment is required. All systems are equipped with automatic pressure regulation. No direct access to the desalinator is required. All functions are carried out remotely via the remote panel.
The SCHENKER MODULAR 100 BASIC watermaker do not use high-pressure pumps. The result is extremely quiet operation and a total absence of vibrations.
The parts of the desalinator that come into contact with seawater are mostly carbon fiber or acetal resin. The SCHENKER MODULAR 100 BASIC is therefore totally corrosion-free. For life.
In the 2.0 systems, all potentially wear-prone components such as o-rings and conventional hydraulic seals have been eliminated. The sealing and sliding elements are made with innovative pads made with nano-technologies. These materials exhibit an abrasion resistance as much as 15 times greater than steel.
Schenker systems, as an alternative to the high-pressure pumps of conventional systems, use the new patented ERS device, which amplifies the pressure provided by low-pressure pumps, allowing a very high energy efficiency. The typical power consumption of a SCHENKER MODULAR 100 BASIC is only 4 Watth/liter.
The ERS is designed specifically for marine applications and is made of materials that are completely impervious to saltwater. Moving parts are kept to a minimum, thanks to the patented solution that eliminates the need for pilot valves.
