SCHENKER MODULAR 300 DIGITAL INVERTER is a watermaker equipped with three membranes of 4'' x 40'' thanks to which it can deliver 300 l/h of osmosis water.

The indicated flow rates are nominal and therefore may vary by ±20% depending on actual operating conditions. Thanks to the very low power consumption, the watermaker can be powered directly from the batteries. It is possible to install the watermaker even without a generator set.

Thanks to the 80% lower power consumption and the lack of a generator set, the CO2 emissions required for water production are reduced by more than 85%. Only the SCHENKER MODULAR 300 DIGITAL INVERTER allows you to make water and truly respect the environment.

Operation of the SCHENKER MODULAR 300 DIGITAL INVERTER is extremely simple, as no adjustment is required. In fact, all systems are equipped with automatic pressure regulation. No direct access to the watermaker is required. All functions are performed remotely via the remote panel.

The SCHENKER MODULAR 300 DIGITAL INVERTER does not use high-pressure pumps. The result is an extremely quiet operation and a total absence of vibrations. The parts of the watermaker that come into contact with seawater are mostly carbon fibre or acetal resin. The SCHENKER MODULAR 300 DIGITAL INVERTER is therefore totally corrosion-free.

In the 2.0 systems, all components potentially subject to wear such as o-rings and conventional hydraulic seals have been eliminated. The sealing and sliding elements are made with innovative pads made with nano-technologies. These materials exhibit an abrasion resistance up to 15 times higher than steel.

SCHENKER MODULAR 300 DIGITAL INVERTER systems use the new patented ENERGY RECOVERY SYSTEM® as an alternative to the high-pressure pumps of conventional systems. This system amplifies the pressure provided by low-pressure pumps, enabling extremely high energy efficiency. The typical power consumption of a SCHENKER MODULAR 300 DIGITAL INVERTER is only 4 Watth/liter.
The ERS is designed specifically for marine applications and is made of materials that are completely impervious to salt water. Moving parts are kept to a minimum, thanks to the patented solution that eliminates the need for pilot valves.
