SCHENKER SMART 80 DIGITAL monoblock watermaker with power consumption of 240W capable of a maximum flow rate of 80ltH equipped with 2 osmotic membranes.
SCHENKER SMART 80 DIGITAL is economical and lightweight, it is the ideal solution for those who prefer simple and essential systems.
The electricity consumption is up to 80% lower than traditional systems. For example, to produce 80 liters/hour of fresh water only 240 W are needed. The normal recharge of the engine is therefore largely sufficient to replenish the energy consumed, without the need for a generator.
Thanks to the 80% reduction in power consumption and the lack of a generator, the CO2 emissions required to produce water are reduced by more than 85%.
The use of the SCHENKER SMART 80 DIGITAL watermaker is extremely simple, as no adjustment is required. In fact, all systems are equipped with automatic pressure regulation. No direct access to the watermaker is required. All functions are performed remotely via the remote panel. SCHENKER watermaker do not use high-pressure pumps. The result is an extremely quiet operation and a total absence of vibrations.
The parts of the watermaker that come into contact with seawater are mostly carbon fiber or acetal resin. The SCHENKER SMART 80 DIGITAL watermaker is therefore completely corrosion-free. In the 2.0 systems, all components that are potentially subject to wear, such as o-rings and conventional hydraulic seals, have been eliminated. The sealing and sliding elements are made of innovative pads made with nano-technologies. These materials exhibit an abrasion resistance that is up to 15 times greater than that of steel.
SCHENKER SMART 80 DIGITAL use the new patented ENERGY RECOVERY SYSTEM as an alternative to the high-pressure pumps of conventional systems. The ERS amplifies the pressure provided by low-pressure pumps, allowing for extremely high energy efficiency. The typical power consumption of a SCHENKER watermaker is only 4 Watth/liter.
The ERS is designed specifically for marine applications and is made of materials that are completely impervious to salt water. Moving parts are kept to a minimum, thanks to the patented solution that eliminates the need for pilot valves.
