TELWIN PCP 28 LCD is a three-phase, swing-arm column spot welding machine, with digital microprocessor control with a tack current of 16400A.

TELWIN PCP 28 is equipped with a multifunctional LCD digital panel that allows to operate: in EASY mode (setting of current and tacking time); in EXPERT mode (setting of different tacking parameters) with the possibility to save up to 20 customized programs. Continuous and pulsed operation guarantees excellent result on various types of steel.

Among the different ways of welding between two metal parts, there is one called electric resistance welding, through which it is possible to join two metal sheets or other metal surfaces by welding spots.

The operation of a TELWIN PCP 28 is based on the presence of an electrical circuit that allows high heat to be reached only at the points where the electrodes are in contact with the area to be welded.
