MOSA New Magic Weld is a motorwelder with gasoline engine for arc welding compact: the weight of the entire machine is only 34 kg. Powered by a Honda gasoline engine, it uses an innovative permanent magnet alternator to provide a welding current of up to 150 A DC.
The presence of an economizer realizes the concept of ''power on demand'', allowing the new Mosa to both save fuel and reduce engine wear.
The New Mosa motorwelder can weld any type of electrode (basic, rutile, cellulosic) up to 3.25 mm and takes full advantage of engine performance thanks to a technique called ''Power Optimizer''.
It is also possible to use the motorwelder Mosa as an auxiliary power generator up to 2 KW CC for the power supply of small tools or lamps.
The Mosa New Magic Weld is indispensable as a portable tool for the repair, it is compact and professional, easy to carry.

Some welding machines incorporate the "Power Optimizer" function, designed and patented by new MOSA.
This is a specific control technique designed to avoid overloading the motor when it is operating at close to maximum power.
